Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, egg, melted butter, and salt.
- Press this dough into mini muffin tins to form small cup shapes.
- Bake the almond-flour cups for 10 minutes, until lightly set.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess oil.
