How to Make It (All Versions)
INSTRUCTIONS
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
2οΈβ£ Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, sweetener & vanilla to a blender.
3οΈβ£ Blend until completely smooth.
4οΈβ£ Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
5οΈβ£ Pour cheesecake mixture into the dish.
6οΈβ£ Sprinkle blueberries evenly on top
(optional: lightly swirl mashed blueberries with a toothpick)
7οΈβ£ Bake for 30β35 minutes, until set in the center.
