Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (about 8 oz), cubed
- 1 cup pickle juice
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sauce
- 1 bag Pure Protein Frank’s RedHot® Popped Crisps, crushed
- 1 egg (for coating)
- Optional: 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in pickle juice and buffalo sauce for 1–24 hours.
- Crush crisps and mix with ranch seasoning if using.
- Dip chicken in egg wash, then coat with crushed crisps.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese and enjoy 🔥
