Ingredients (2 servings)
- 8 oz ground chicken
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
- 3 tbsp diced onion
- 3 tbsp feta cheese crumbles
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- OOLIE Garlic & Herb Dip (to taste)
- Optional toppings: cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, spinach, onion, and feta. Season lightly if desired.
- Spread a very thin layer of the mixture onto one side of each tortilla.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Place tortillas meat-side down and cook 3–4 minutes until chicken is cooked.
