Packed with fresh lettuce, deli meats, provolone cheese, tangy pepperoncinis, and a creamy Italian dressing — this salad is the perfect balance of flavor and crunch.
🧺 Ingredients
🥬 For the Salad:
- 16 oz (450g) shredded Iceberg or Romaine lettuce
- 4 oz (115g) Smoked Deli Ham, cut into strips
- 4 oz (115g) Large Deli Pepperoni, cut into pieces
- 4 oz (115g) Salami, cut into strips
- 5 slices Provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1½ cups Grape or Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup Pepperoncinis (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Italian seasoned Croutons
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
🥣 For the Creamy Italian Dressing:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper

- Prepare the Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. - Chop Ingredients:
Slice ham, pepperoni, salami, and cheese into bite-size strips. Halve tomatoes, dice onion, and slice pepperoncinis. - Assemble the Salad:
Combine lettuce, meats, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncinis in a large bowl. - Dress & Toss:
Pour the creamy Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated. - Add Final Touches:
Add croutons and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly again. - Serve & Enjoy:
