- 2 large eggs

- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for frying)

- Prep the coating:
In a bowl, mix together almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Dip and coat:
Beat the eggs in another bowl. Dip each mushroom in egg, then coat it evenly in the flour-cheese mixture. - Fry until golden:
