How to Make It (All Versions)

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
2️⃣ Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, sweetener & vanilla to a blender.
3️⃣ Blend until completely smooth.
4️⃣ Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
5️⃣ Pour cheesecake mixture into the dish.
6️⃣ Sprinkle blueberries evenly on top
(optional: lightly swirl mashed blueberries with a toothpick)
7️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set in the center.
8️⃣ Remove from oven and let cool.
